The Apollo college of Physiotherapy was established in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh in 1999 by the Apollo Hospitals Educational & Research Foundation.  It is located in jubilee Hills and affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, in Vijayawada. The institution is in a new building and will enroll its ninth batch of students in October, 2007. The aim of the Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy program taught in English is to impart in depth knowledge and skills to students to become competent in the techniques of Physiotherapy, develop the proper attitude required for the practice of Physiotherapy and carry our treatment prescribed by the physician.
